  • Billing Information: payment method details, billing address, plan, invoices, and transaction records processed through Stripe or another payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers
  • Product and GTM Information: product name, website URL, positioning, target audience, industry, brand voice preferences, launch or campaign goals, channels, and other information you provide
  • Content and Communications: prompts, drafts, notes, messages, approved content, feedback, support requests, and other materials you submit through the Services
  • Calendar and Contact Information: information you provide when booking a founder call or asking us to contact you

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Website or Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage Information: pages viewed, features used, workflow activity, clicks, timestamps, referring pages, and interaction data
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address

2.5 AI-Assisted Processing

Our Services may process Customer Data, connected-source data, and public intent data to generate drafts, summaries, rankings, recommendations, dossiers, source trails, and suggested next actions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process payments, invoices, and billing records
  • Operate the intent workflow, including source monitoring, ranking, drafting, dossiers, summaries, and recommendations
  • Generate AI-assisted content, replies, notes, and suggested next actions
  • Provide managed GTM support if you use a supported or consultant plan
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Evaluate, debug, secure, and improve the Services

3.2 Security and Platform Operations

  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, abuse, and security vulnerabilities
  • Monitor service performance and reliability
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our legal rights

  • Send service-related notifications, updates, invoices, security alerts, and support messages

  • Send promotional communications where permitted; you may opt out of marketing emails at any time

We may use information processed through the Services to operate, test, evaluate, and improve Traxio features, including AI-assisted drafting and recommendations. 4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Subprocessors

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Website and Services, such as:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe or other payment processors
  • Email and Communications: transactional email, support, and scheduling tools
  • AI Processing: AI model and infrastructure providers used to generate, analyze, summarize, or rank content
  • Cloud Infrastructure: hosting, database, storage, logging, and deployment providers such as Google Cloud Platform and Vercel

5.1 Retention Periods

  • Account Data: while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, unless longer retention is required
  • Billing Records: as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, typically up to 7 years
  • Workflow Data, Drafts, and Connected-Source Data: while your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, unless deleted earlier through available controls
  • Support Communications: up to 3 years after resolution unless needed longer for legal or security reasons
  • Security Logs: as needed to protect the Services, investigate abuse, and maintain reliability

5.2 Account Deletion

You can request deletion by using available account controls or emailing hello@traxio.ai. We will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, backup, billing, and dispute-resolution needs.

5.3 Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data indefinitely for analytics, benchmarking, security, research, and product improvement. We will not intentionally use this data to identify you.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
